Mental Health

Care that meets you where you actually are.

We offer individual, couples, and family therapy in a space built for real people, not diagnoses in waiting rooms.

In-person in the Fort Wayne area  ·  Telehealth across Indiana

Care built around the person in front of us.

Southwest Mental Health brings together clinicians with different backgrounds, different specialties, and one shared goal: helping you actually get better. Whatever brought you here, chances are one of our clinicians has real experience with it.

01

Your first session is about you. Whether it starts with a form or a conversation depends on your clinician, but the goal is always the same: understanding what brought you here.

A genuinely wide range of approaches

CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play and expressive arts therapy, family systems, solution-focused therapy, the Gottman Method, and mindfulness-based approaches. We match the approach to you, not the other way around.

Trauma-informed, and then some

Every clinician here is trauma-informed, that's the baseline. Many also bring deep, specific experience in trauma, addiction, and recovery.

Matched to the person, not a script

From first responders to teens to grandparents, our clinicians see the full range of people and stories, and treat every one like someone worth listening to.

Support for wherever you're standing right now.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or your tenth therapist, we'll meet you there.
